1. Para Aramid Spun Sewing Thread (Kevlar Spun Sewing Thread)
- Product Characteristics: Para-aramid spun sewing thread is made through a short fiber spinning process and possesses excellent heat resistance and flame retardancy. It can be used for a long time at a temperature of 200℃ and has a short-term temperature resistance of up to 400℃. This product exhibits outstanding tensile strength, with the breaking strength being more than five times that of high-quality steel. It also has excellent wear resistance and cut resistance. In terms of chemical stability, it performs exceptionally well and can resist the erosion of most acids, alkalis, and organic solvents. 2. Para Aramid Filament Sewing Thread (Kevlar Filament Sewing Thread)
- Product Characteristics: Para-aramid filament sewing threads are produced using a continuous filament process, providing superior strength performance and dimensional stability. Compared to staple spun yarns, the filament structure has an increased breaking strength of about 20% and a smoother and more uniform surface. The high-temperature resistance is also excellent, with a long-term service temperature of more than 200°C and an ultimate oxygen index of more than 28. Due to the filament construction, the product has lower elongation and better creep resistance, and is more stable under continuous stress.

3. Para Aramid Covered Steel Wire Sewing Thread (Kevlar Covered Steel Wire Sewing Thread)
- Product Characteristics: Para-aramid covered steel wire sewing thread is a composite high-performance sewing thread with a steel wire core and an outer layer of para aramid fibers. This structure combines the high strength of steel wire with the flexibility of aramid, and the tensile strength can be more than 1.5 times that of ordinary aramid thread. The product has excellent cutting resistance and impact resistance, while retaining the high-temperature resistance of aramid material, and can work normally under 200℃ environment. The wire structure is stable and not easy to deform.

4. Meta Aramid Sewing Thread (Nomex Sewing Thread)
- Product Characteristics: Meta-aramid sewing threads are made from meta aramid fibers, which have excellent heat resistance and flame retardancy, and can be used for a long period of time at temperatures up to 180℃. Although the strength is slightly lower than that of para-aramid, it has better softness and dyeing properties, and can be made into sewing threads of various colors. The product has excellent resistance to heat shrinkage, good dimensional stability at high temperatures and good electrical insulation properties. In terms of chemical stability, it is resistant to most organic solvents and weak acids and alkalis.
